A bit about me

Samuel Osei Mensah (Jnr), known simply as Samcilla Baakojr is a Ghanaian copywriter and marketing strategist with an emphasis on social media and Digital Marketing. He helps business owners and team leaders sell more of their products and services in the brave new world online.

He is the Founder and CEO of Pivot Digital Media, a strategic transformation firm specializing in improving the effectiveness of 'your online people' through pragmatic insights and solutions since 2011. Samcilla has over 5 years’ client Digital Marketing experience in helping corporations such as; Global Media Alliance, TedxAccra GH, Sun In Leo, Get Familiar GH, Sparkzuta Models and Advertisement Agency and countless others use the web to drive online visibility and generate leads that have resulted in new business online. Branding

Let's understand branding as that idea or image marketed so that it is recognizable by more and more people, and identified with a certain service or product when there are many other companies offering the same service or product. Let’s talk about your brand.

Blogging

The difference between online branding and building authority is when you get a way to get more exposure for your brand on all levels of online marketing, especially search and social. Building authority takes online branding to the next level by making each online presence for a brand authoritative. It goes beyond just about creating a blog or social media account. I connect your brand to your online people as well as help you gain your authority.

Graphic Design

Generally verbal concepts come before visual concepts as the visual is really about how you’ll communicate the verbal, though it likely depends on the individual and how you think best. It’s how you plan on solving the design problem in front of you. It’s the underlying logic, thinking, and reasoning for how you’ll design anything. Your design concept becomes the framework for all your Graphic design decisions. Let’s talk.

Development

Development is also a design concept. It’s something of an individual process. There’s no one right way to generate an idea and what works for one won’t necessarily work for another. However there are parts to the process that everyone should go through. Instead of long paragraphs, I’ll offer some discounts of the questions you should be asking yourself when you think of developing your idea.

Digital Marketing

Digital marketing and its associated channels are important. It’s not enough to just know your customers; you must know them better than anybody else so you can communicate with them where, when and how they are most receptive to your message. To do that, you need a consolidated view of customer preferences and expectations across all channels – Web, social media, direct mail, point of sale, etc. I can use this information to create and anticipate consistent, coordinated customer experiences that will move customers along in the buying cycle. The deeper your insight into customer behavior and preferences, the more likely you are to engage them in lucrative interactions.
